Donald DeHaven, M.D., F.A.A.F.P. received his medical education at the University of South Florida. He completed his residency and internship in Family Practice at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville for the University of Florida. Dr. DeHaven has been in private practice since 1981. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. DeHaven is Board Certified in Family Practice.
