Kathy Evans, R.D., L.D/N, C.D.E., received her Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She is a registered and licensed dietician. Ms. Evans is an active member of the American Diabetes Association and the Diabetes Practice Group.
