Anthony J. Porter, M.D., a former nuclear design engineer with the Charleston Naval Shipyard, received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of South Carolina. He later obtained his doctorate of medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He was selected chief resident during his formal dermatology training, which was also completed at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Porter provides a full range of medical, cosmetic and surgical treatments. He seeks to develop long lasting, physician-patient relationships based on honesty, confidentiality, compassion and attention to detail.
