Scott Z. Seminer, M.D., received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Albany Medical Center Hospital. Dr. Seminer is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
