Melbourne Medical Laboratory
The Melbourne Medical Laboratory (MML), founded in 1991, continues to demonstrate a strong patient focus and prides itself on the quality and speed of service it provides. The lab currently provides services to all OMNI Healthcare physicians and its patients.
Melbourne Medical Lab offers fully automated state-of-the-art equipment. They are licensed by the State of Florida and receive bi-annual inspections conducted by the Agency for Healthcare Administration in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments. (CLIA).
- Our phlebotomists are experienced in geriatric, infant, and port draws.
- All Melbourne Medical Lab technologists are licensed by the State of Florida.
- Your OMNI doctor has immediate access to your lab results via an internet link in their office.
- Melbourne Medical Lab internal interfaces with Quest and LabCorp allow us to refer any necessary testing to your contracted lab.
